*Starting price is for a single character with up to half of their body in frame.** Simple props and lighting are included. Fully realized backgrounds that a character interacts with incur an extra charge.

*IE: I won’t draw your favorite actor, but I’ll draw the character that actor plays.**Just know that complicated designs will be priced higher!***An animal can be in the pic, but it has to accompany someone else. Larger animals (like dogs) are considered an extra character.
A commission may be cancelled at any time, but you will not receive a full refund if any substantial work has been completed. You will still be charged for the amount of work completed, and a relative refund will be given accordingly.By paying an invoice, the commissioner is acknowledging that they are aware of the following:
They are receiving a digital good that will not be shipped.
The artist will not distribute full refunds under any circumstance. Contesting a payment after the final piece has been delivered voids this contract and means the commissioner will NOT recieve any refund or future adjustments.
Your commission =/= work for hire. The commissioner is NOT paying for the rights to the work (which remain in the hands of the artist). You (the commissioner) are paying for the artists time and effort in creating an image to your specifications. The commissioner has NO ownership of the original copyright and therefore cannot: Resell the work, use the work for commercial purposes*, or mint the piece as an NFT.
* If you are interested in purchasing the rights to a piece for commercial use, please contact me before paying your invoice, as paying your invoice will NOT allow you use of the image for commercial use.
A commission may be altered at any time after completion, however, only minor changes will come freely. Major changes in pose, color scheme, additional characters, etc., will be charged according to the extra hours required to make the alteration. The artist also has the right to deny the request for major alterations (EX: if you decide you want to add a character after the piece is finished, the artist can deny this request).For anything more than a sketch, a commission will not be started until after the commission is paid for in full. If you have a particularly expensive commission (more than 500$), or have multiple commissions, you can ask to pay in installments as progress is completed. However, the full commission will not be given to the commissioner until the full balance is paid.After a commission is paid for and received, the commissioner may legally do the following with it:
Use it as an icon or sidebar online without credit so long as you do not claim the work(s) as your own.
Alter the image(s) in any way so long as it's not defaced or made unrecognizable. This includes writing derogatory words in regards to any people or the artist on the image(s). You must also leave the watermark / signature in tact and recognizable, unless it is somewhere stated the original artists name. You may crop the image(s) for personal use.
Have the image(s) printed out for personal use; to hang on a wall or given as a gift. The commissioner does not have permission to redistribute the image(s) for profit or used for commercial purposes, including NFTs.
